Jonathan has a particular interest in working with couples navigating communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, and life transitions that strain connection. He supports individuals who want to better understand themselves and their relationships, and who are seeking deeper clarity and change rather than quick fixes.
Jonathan's approach is holistic, action-oriented, working with thoughts, emotions, and somatic/body experience. Jonathan has supported a diverse range of adults and couples in finding repair, greater self-understanding, and renewed connection. Having lived in Canada and abroad, and worked in health care for over a decade, he brings a broad and integrative perspective to therapy.
