Jon has a Masters degree in Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia (MPT 2011), and a BSc. in Genetics with a minor in Kinesiology (2008). Since completing his Masters degree, he has continued professional development and completed his Advanced
Orthopaedic Manual Therapy levels and received his certification of FCAMPT. He has obtained his certificate of Acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada (CAFCI). He also incorporates Functional Dry Needling into his clinical practice. In addition,
he has also obtained a certificate in the Integrated systems model (ISM).
He has played competitive soccer throughout his youth and University career. Multiple injuries meant numerous visits to Physiotherapy. The guidance and help he received gave him a feeling of hope and an ability to return to sport.He
enjoys Olympic weight lifting and understands the demands of functional movement under increased load.
He is passionate about maximizing functional human movement. Whether it is for the younger athlete, weekend warrior or someone more senior. He gets a strong sense of accomplishment when a client is able to return to the activity that brings them joy. Lately,
He has been enthralled by the natural beauty of the coastal waters of British Columbia. On the weekends you can find him playing soccer for a North Shore men’s soccer team or spending quality family time with his wife and son. Jon is a proud new resident of

Musculoskeletal assessment with Registered Physiotherapist Trish Fitzgerald. This is an initial session if you have not seen Trish before. This follow-up session is designed to support your ongoing recovery after your initial comprehensive concussion assessment. Guided by your expert physiotherapist, the session will focus on reassessing symptoms, monitoring your progress, and advancing your individualized treatment plan. Depending on your needs, treatment may include vestibular and balance rehabilitation, vision or coordination exercises, neck and posture therapy, graded return-to-activity planning, and education on pacing strategies. Each session is tailored to help you move safely and confidently toward full recovery.
