Jonathon Zarb is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario who holds a Masters of Pastoral Studies with a certificate in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy. His undergraduate studies focused on Sexual Diversity Studies and Sociology. Jonathon has worked in acute health care settings including mental health, emergency and palliative care units, providing support for patients their families and staff though, grieving, caregiver compassion/empathy fatigue, Jonathon has vast experience working with couples, families, youth and adolescents exploring themes related to identity, sexuality, relationships, self esteem, communication, self worth, addiction, life transitions, shame, guilt, fear, anxiety and depression. Jonathon draws on an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities to support you on your mental health and wellness journey.
