Compassionate in her work, she believes that the mind, body and spirit go at hand and that true, lasting change can occur when the emotional, physical and mental well-being are in harmony. We are all unique, intrinsic human beings. Therefore looking at all elements pertaining to your story are vital in managing ones 'dis-ease'. Constitution, upbringing, lifestyle, diet, nutrition, exercise, generational history, relationships, spiritual beliefs or developments, etc. have all made the person you are to this day; for that reason, need to be addressed!
