Jordan Octeau
SaveJordan graduated with a Master's in Physical Therapy from McGill University. While studying under world class rehabilitation science researchers, he conducted research with the aim of changing the school's curriculum to include a much more robust strength coaching education for its Physical Therapy students. Jordan obtained his Master's with a decade of experience as a Strength Coach and Personal Training Specialist.

Jordan is an expert at treating all of your aches and pains whether you are an athlete or not, and he is one of the top experts in Quebec when it comes to rehabilitation and management of pain in all gym/barbell sports (Powerlifting, Crossfit, Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, etc.)
With Jordan you will get a clear answer as to what is bothering you, why, and what you can do about it. He will help you create a plan that makes sense to you, to achieve goals that are meaningful to you. In his free time, Jordan is a Powerlifter, plays videogames, enjoys woodworking and cooking.
