For new patients. Meet with Emily and discuss your intake form- health concerns, history, goals, diet, symptoms and lifestyle. Here you will decide which Nutritional package best suits your needs. All packages include meal plan and accountability sessions. A second appointment time will be made to receive your 7 day nutrition plan. *This initial visit doesn't include meal plan - Separate price. We do not direct bill. *Please note if you would prefer a phone call*
