Jordana has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2004 when she graduated from a 3 year-3000 hour program. Her approach is primarily myofascial-based, often combined with other techniques that create tailored treatments ranging from gentle to deep tissue needs. Her practice is evidence-informed, integrating current research and clinical reasoning based experience to create unique treatment for each client’s needs. Her work is informed by years of professional experience as well as her own recovery from a motor vehicle accident, giving her a personal understanding of ongoing pain and active rehab.
Outside the clinic, Jordana maintains an active lifestyle, enjoying trail running, mountain biking, and spending time with animals. She was also a competitive swimmer and BMX athlete, representing Canada internationally.
