Born and raised in Kelowna, Jordyn is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping clients improve their health, mobility and overall well-being. She graduated from the 2,880-hour RMT program in 2022.
Jordyn provides personalized treatments tailored to each clients needs, using a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, joint mobilizations and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Her goal is to help clients reduce pain, and feel their best.

This combination can really target painful trigger points residing in muscles as well as create long lasting pain relief and increased mobility in the muscles, be sure to work with your therapist to achieve the pressure you are needing on a scale of 1/5 choose your ideal pressure for treatment at the beginning and help them understand the level throughout treatment if needed using that scale !
