Currently accepting new clients, meet Josée, Therapeutic Intern, currently completing her Clinical Internship and working with clients 16+. Also offering bilingual services in French and English.
Drawing on her previous career as a Registered Dietitian, Josée has a special interest in supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders and healing their relationship with food, body image, and self-worth. She also works with clients experiencing depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, burnout, women’s issues, and LGBTQ+ concerns.
Known for her warm, non-judgmental approach, Josée creates a supportive space where clients can safely explore identity, relationships, emotional health, and self-acceptance. She values collaboration and feedback, walking alongside clients with compassion, curiosity, and a touch of humour.
Josée believes in meeting clients where they are and walking beside them as they discover their own path to healing and growth.
