His community involvement includes contributing to basketball training camps, serving on the recovery team for JR. NBA tournaments, and volunteering at the Jr. NBA Under Armour Combine.

Joseph’s approach to Massage Therapy is rooted in the belief that posture and movement are deeply interconnected systems. By utilizing principles of structural integration, he focuses on rebalancing the body to improve posture, enhance movement efficiency, and promote overall functionality and wellbeing. His treatment methods include a combination of Fascial-line based assessments, manual therapy, and trigger point therapy, tailored to help athletes progress from recovery to return-to-play.
