**Approach to Treatment:** Josh is an assessment-minded Massage Therapist who creates change through postural realignment, refining muscular balance, retraining old scars and injuries, improving basic function and movement patterns. He’s worked in Sports Medicine and rehabilitation environments, is a massage therapy teacher at Sutherland-Chan, and has led hospital clinics and outreaches at sporting events.
Josh works with clients who are professional athletes and clients who are literally 100 years old. He works to create an environment where massage is fun, where the road ahead is full of tiny victories, reassessment, strength, and discovery.
**Who should book with Josh?** Josh’s ideal client is ready to go on a journey. Maybe that’s someone who has had pain and dysfunction in a certain area of their body for so long they’ve lost trust in the idea that they’ll ever feel like their old self again. Maybe it’s someone who is doing just fine, but wants to explore how massage can help them feel even better. Maybe that journey is already happening outside of massage, but you want him in your corner for when you get knocked down or you need a rest.
