My name is Joshua Adams and I graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in October 2022 after going through schooling during the lockdown. I find that experience made me appreciate working with people even more and realizing how best to serve the public with the precious time they are entrusting me with. I was led to Massage Therapy through sports and wondered how I could assist those with recovery and performance without doing anything invasive. I have been around athletes my entire life and have learned a great deal about the body and biomechanics.
