Joshua is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Before studying massage, Joshua was a varsity track and field athlete at York University, where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. Joshua treats general and athletic populations alike using a blend of relaxation and targeted trigger point release techniques that alleviate muscle soreness and tension. He is also trained in fascial stretch therapy. Joshua can treat in traditional relaxation massage or more of a sports/clothes on style if preferred. Joshua is passionate about having a healthy and active lifestyle; in his off time, he trains and coaches athletes in track and field.
