A focused short-session treatment using auricular (ear) acupuncture to support nervous system regulation, symptom relief, and overall balance. The ear contains a microsystem that reflects the whole body, allowing for targeted treatment of pain, stress, sleep disturbance, cravings, and autonomic imbalance. Fine needles or ear seeds may be used depending on presentation. This appointment is often used as either standalone support care or as an adjunct between full acupuncture sessions.
An extended session for more complex or multi-layered conditions requiring deeper treatment time. This appointment allows for comprehensive reassessment, multi-region treatment strategies, and the use of additional modalities such as electro-acupuncture, fire cupping, gua sha, or other adjunct techniques. Best for: chronic pain flare-ups, complex neurological or musculoskeletal cases, multi-system presentations
A full-length treatment session designed to build on previous visits and continue clinical progress. Each session is individually adjusted using Traditional Chinese Medicine principles alongside targeted acupuncture strategies and adjunct modalities as needed to support treatment outcomes. The focus is on reducing symptoms, improving function, and tracking change over time.
A comprehensive first visit combining detailed Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment with hands-on treatment. This session includes a full health intake, pulse and tongue diagnosis, and a structured treatment approach tailored to your presentation. In addition to acupuncture, adjunct therapies such as fire cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, tui na, or acupressure may be used depending on clinical need. The focus is on identifying the underlying pattern contributing to your primary concern while beginning treatment in the same session
A comprehensive first visit combining assessment with restorative fire cupping treatment to release muscular tension, improve circulation, and support physical and nervous system recovery. This appointment includes a brief intake and assessment to identify key areas of tension, restriction, or strain. Fire cupping is then applied to appropriate regions—most commonly the back, shoulders, and posterior chain—to reduce stagnation, ease tightness, and support tissue recovery. This treatment is both therapeutic and restorative, making it ideal for new clients seeking relief from stress-related tension, muscular tightness, or postural strain.
A follow-up treatment focused on maintaining progress and continuing the release of muscular tension through fire cupping and manual therapy techniques. Fire cupping is applied based on current presentation, with each session adjusted according to changes in pain, mobility, and tissue response. Treatment supports ongoing recovery from stress, posture, and overuse patterns. This session helps the body gradually unwind chronic tension and maintain improved function between treatments
