I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, with over nine years of experience working in community mental health, complex trauma, and addictions. I completed my Master’s degree in Counselling in 2021 and have been walking alongside individuals in their healing journeys ever since.
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, curiosity, and building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. I value showing up as a real human in the room and believe meaningful change happens through genuine connection.
When I’m not in the therapist chair, I’m a mom to a wonderful little girl who keeps me on my toes. You’ll often find me experimenting with new baking recipes, curled up with a good book, or spending time with my dog.
