Her passion for helping others led her to pursue further education and become a Registered Massage Therapist. In this role, Josie has expanded her knowledge to offer a wide range of therapeutic treatments, including deep tissue massage, injury rehabilitation, emotional and physical stress recovery, and both pre- and postnatal massage. Josie also provides infant massage, using gentle, nurturing techniques that support early development, promote bonding, and help with issues like digestion, sleep, and colic.

Whether a client is managing chronic pain, healing from past injuries, navigating pregnancy and postpartum changes, or simply seeking relaxation and balance, Josie meets them where they are on their journey. Her thoughtful, personalized approach ensures every treatment supports the client's physical and emotional goals.
