I have been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2014 - over a decade of helping people to feel better in their body. We returned home to our family farm on Stowell Lake to raise our two kids in 2022.
My treatments are centred in relaxation, slow and with purpose. Every appointment is tailored to your specific concerns of that day. We begin each appointment with a quick interview and assessment to identify your goals of treatment. My techniques range from light to deep pressure as requested, trigger points to relieve those chronic discomforts, particular attention to acute or previous injuries, or full body stress relief. Come to rest, melt into the heated massage table and leave feeling renewed.
When not at work I can be found on the farm, chasing toddlers, meandering through the garden, or cooking in the kitchen.
