I’m a Certified Life Coach and Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner with a whole person approach to well-being, recognizing the connection between our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. I believe healing begins one shift at a time.

Alongside life coaching, I offer Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), a gentle energy-based approach that works with the body’s energy system to help release the effects of stress, unresolved emotions, and life experiences that may still be impacting your overall well-being.

Calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHa) is a naturally occurring substance found primarily in our bones. When used in a filler, the calcium particles are nearly microscopic and suspended in a smooth gel. The consistency of a CaHA filler is typically thicker than that of a hyaluronic acid filler, and typically last longer as well (up to 2 years). It helps to stimulate natural collagen production and it is typically used for deeper lines and wrinkles. Dermal fillers are gel-like substances that are injected beneath the skin to restore lost volume, smooth lines, and soften creases, or enhance facial contours.

Ear irrigation is a routine procedure used to remove excess earwax, or cerumen, and foreign materials from the ear. The ear naturally secretes wax to protect and lubricate the ear as well as to keep debris out and hinder bacterial growth. Under normal conditions, the body keeps the amount of earwax in the ears under control. Too much earwax or hardened earwax can cause a blockage in the ear, resulting in earaches, ringing in the ears, or temporary hearing loss. Before NP Megan performs an ear irrigation, she will want to look inside your ear to ensure that your symptoms are the result of excess wax buildup or foreign materials and not something more serious.

It can smooth out lines around nose, mouth, chin crease, or chin proportion; enhance and restore volume to sunken cheeks, diminish vertical lip lines, plump and enhance the lip, and improve symmetry among facial features. Dermal fillers are gel-like substances that are injected beneath the skin to restore lost volume, smooth lines, and soften creases, or enhance facial contours. Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure. It involves pricking the skin with tiny sterilized needles. The small wounds cause your body to make more collagen and elastin, which heal your skin and help you look younger. Numbing cream will be applied to the skin prior to treatment. The addition of PRP from the blood may make microneedling more effective. The liquid in blood is plasma, while platelets are solid. Platelets help blood clot, so they are vital for healing wounds and injuries. PRP is plasma in which the concentration of platelets is higher than that of other components of the blood. The practitioner will take a blood sample from the patient and then use a spinning tool called a centrifuge to separate the PRP from the rest of the blood. PRP contains proteins, including growth factors and cytokines. These proteins help skin tissue repair itself. First, a practitioner will use a microneedling tool to prick the skin, making tiny holes in the skin’s surface. They will then apply PRP to these tiny holes to encourage collagen production and cell reproduction.
