As a registered psychotherapist, EMDR-trained clinician, and MindFIT facilitator, I support individuals experiencing stress, depression, emotional disturbances, and trauma. I offer a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where we work together to develop coping strategies and explore paths toward healing and growth.
My background includes a Master of Pastoral Studies with a focus on Buddhist spiritual care, which informs my holistic approach and respect for each client’s values, beliefs, and lived experiences. As an immigrant with extensive workforce experience, I also understand the complexities of cultural transitions and the pressures of daily life.
