Judy Peleck, RMT
SaveJudy Peleck is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University. She is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.
As a passionate long-distance runner and a past career in corporate, Judy grew familiar with the strong connection between massage and injury prevention, recovery and overall physical and mental wellness. Having played sports for most of her life, Judy was first introduced to massage therapy at the tender age of ten. It was always an integral part of managing the symptoms brought on by her physical activities and the sedentary life at a “desk job”. This personal journey is what inspired her to go back to school to help others achieve the same benefits.

Her experience spans having treated patients with both acute and chronic conditions and has helped many alleviate pain and/or discomfort associated with these two. She believes that nothing in the body functions in isolation and by addressing both the physical body and mind, healing happens.
She takes a patient-centric approach to each of her treatments by incorporating a variety of techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, myofascial and positional release, hydrotherapy and therapeutic exercise. In addition to these, Judy pursued further training in cupping therapy which uses the general concept of skin decompression to move around stagnant layers of skin to stimulate flow and in turn, may help alleviate pain.
By creating individualized treatment plans she has helped patients achieve performance goals, optimal function and well-being in their day-to-day lives. She will work with you to develop a planned approach that is unique to your case.
Judy believes she has truly found her calling; helping those in all stages of their lives from children to the aging population. She enjoys living and working within the Beach community and continues to enhance her knowledge of massage and treatment by dedicating herself to continuing education.
