Since earning my Registered Nurse designation in 1987, I have dedicated my career to women's health, advocating for comprehensive and compassionate care. After graduating as a Nurse Practitioner from Laurentian University in 1999, I continued my work in obstetrics and gynecology, striving to support women through every stage of life.
Women experience profound physiological and hormonal changes throughout their lifespan, from their fertile years through the transition to menopause. Each stage brings unique health considerations, challenges, and opportunities for wellness.
