Whether you're thinking about starting a family now or planning for the future, this comprehensive consultation is designed to help you better understand your reproductive health and optimize your fertility. During your visit, we will review your medical history, menstrual cycles, lifestyle factors, medications, and family history to identify any factors that may affect fertility. We will discuss preconception health, fertility awareness, ovulation, recommended screening and laboratory investigations when appropriate, nutrition and supplementation, and strategies to support a healthy pregnancy. Best suited for: Individuals or couples planning pregnancy, having trouble conceiving, wanting to optimize their health before pregnancy, or seeking guidance on fertility and reproductive health.

Required for all new clients pursuing advanced skin and wellness care. This 60 minute consultation with our Skin & Wellness Advisor is your personalized entry point to Quartz—and is required before booking any treatment related to: • Medical-grade skincare • Customized treatment plans • Cosmetic injectables • Technology-based treatments (e.g. laser, RF, microneedling) What to expect: • A full review of your concerns, goals, and medical history • A customized treatment and skincare plan • Clear guidance on which practitioner(s) are best suited to support your goals—whether that’s a nurse, naturopathic doctor, esthetician, or other expert These consultations are available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and can be booked in-person or virtually. We do require 3 days business notice for late change/cancellation. We do require a $50.00 non refundable deposit for all booking. These visits focus on monitoring your recovery, reviewing any investigations or treatments, adjusting your care plan as needed, and providing ongoing support as you and your baby continue to recover, adapt, and grow together.

This consultation is designed to help you better understand a recent diagnosis or chronic disease in terms of treatment options, and how to confidently manage your health. During your visit, we'll review your diagnosis, medical history, medications, and any relevant test results. You'll have dedicated time to ask questions, understand what your diagnosis means, and learn practical strategies for managing your condition through education, lifestyle modification, risk reduction, and ongoing self-management. Examples include: High blood pressure High cholesterol Prediabetes or diabetes Fatty liver disease PCOS Osteoporosis Arthritis Asthma or COPD Migraine Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) To make the most of your visit, please have any relevant laboratory results, imaging reports, specialist consultations, referral letters, or other medical records sent to our clinic 1 week prior to your appointment.
