Julia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education.
Julia approaches therapy with warmth, patience, and genuine care. She believes healing begins within safe, trusting relationships and places the therapeutic connection at the heart of her work, creating a supportive and inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
An integrative and collaborative approach guides the therapeutic process, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy. Her work is tailored to each client’s unique needs, values, strengths, and lived experiences, supporting the development of healthy coping skills. Creativity and self-expression are also valued as meaningful ways to support reflection, healing, and self-understanding.
Julia supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, relational challenges, self-esteem or identity concerns, life transitions, and other challenges that can arise throughout life. While reaching out for support can feel difficult, it can also be the first step toward meaningful change, and Julia looks forward to taking that first step together.
Julia is fluent in English and conversational level Russian.
