My background is in nutrition counselling. As a Registered Dietitian I helped individuals
of all ages and their family’s navigate nutrition and eating concerns for over 20 years,
before I advanced my skills with a Master in Counselling Psychology, and moved into
mental health counselling. I support youth, adults, older adults, and families. I have
experience with:
