Julia began her Swedish massage training in 2023 at École Setsuko and is a member in good standing with RITMA.
She uses an approach that combines biomechanical assessment with techniques such as Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Cupping to support recovery, improve movement, and restore balance.
With a background in dance, Julia brings fluidity and a strong sense of movement to her treatments. She is committed to helping clients reach their therapeutic goals and is happy to be part of the mvt+ care team.
