Julia has competed in CrossFit competitions, taken on a variety of endurance events, and played competitive hockey for most of her life. She now brings that same commitment and leadership to the rink as a dedicated coach with her daughter's team.

For those interested in registering for the GLAD program (Good Living with Arthritis), a 7-week group based clinical program for management of hip and knee arthritis. This assessment is Performed by a registered physiotherapist to determine your eligibility to participate in the program. This program is open to anyone experiencing symptoms related to hip or knee arthritis. You do not need a doctor's referral or imaging results (x-ray, MRI etc..)

This is applicable for post-surgical, post-fracture patients with specific protocols, pelvic floor physio follow up treatments, or in some cases longer follow up appointments. (A 1-hour initial assessment is otherwise required for new patients.) The cost of this session is $115.00
