Julia completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. Before that, she earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph in 2022. Originally from Stratford, Julia grew up playing competitive soccer and developed a lifelong appreciation for staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She continues to enjoy playing soccer recreationally during the summer, along with hiking, biking and other outdoor activities.
Julia’s approach to care is both evidence-based and client-centered. She combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to create individualized treatment plans that empower clients to take an active role in their recovery. She’s passionate about helping people move confidently, manage pain effectively, and get back to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of the clinic, Julia enjoys staying active at the gym, biking along the Iron Horse Trail, and spending time with her friends, family, and two cats. She also loves spending time in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and baking sweet treats.

Pelvic physiotherapy is a manual therapy technique designed to assess and rehabilitate the pelvic floor. Your pelvic floor consists of a group of muscles located between the tailbone and pubic bone and can be the source of many different pelvic-related dysfunctions. These dysfunctions can include pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and pelvic pain. Your therapist will assess the pelvic floor by performing an internal and/or external examination of the area and provide appropriate massage techniques, exercises, and strengthening exercises depending on your condition. Please note that internal assessments are not mandatory and that you can revoke consent for an internal assessment at any point throughout the session.
