My name is Julia Sormaz and I have a desire for supporting individuals from a client-
centered approach, meeting clients where they are at and working in collaboration to provide effective support.
I have a masters degree in counselling Psychology, Bachelor degree in
Psychology and Post-Graduate Certificate in addictions and mental health. I have extensive
experience working with individuals who have been struggling with behavioural concerns,
life transitions, substance use and behavioural addictions, family and parenting challenges
and mental health.
I provide support to navigate complex and challenging situations and make positive
changes that fit your goals. I take a client-centered approach and work collaboratively with clients of all ages such as youth, adults, families and couples.
I have a passion for supporting individuals and providing a safe and judgement free space
