Julie a obtenu son diplôme en physiothérapie de l’Université de Montréal en 2004. Forte de deux décennies d’expérience clinique, elle a développé un ensemble de compétences complet pour aider ses patients à retrouver leurs fonctions, réduire la douleur et reprendre une vie active.
Au début de sa carrière, Julie a complété la certification en thérapie manuelle de niveau 3 ainsi que plusieurs cours en Kinetic Control, axés sur des exercices de stabilisation adaptés aux besoins individuels. En 2019, elle a obtenu la certification en Diagnostic et Thérapie Mécanique (MDT) par l’Institut Robin McKenzie du Canada, une approche centrée sur l’autonomisation des patients qui complète la thérapie manuelle en leur permettant de gérer eux-mêmes leurs symptômes. Plus récemment, elle a obtenu son diplôme en stimulation intramusculaire (IMS) Gunn en 2023.
Julie travaille auprès d’un large éventail de patients pratiquant divers sports, notamment le ski alpin, la planche à neige, le vélo, la course à pieds et bien d’autres!

Julie graduated with a Degree in Physiotherapy from Université de Montréal in 2004. With two decades of clinical experience, she has developed a comprehensive skill set to help patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to active living.
Early in her career, Julie completed Level 3 Manual Therapy certification and multiple Kinetic Control courses focused on stabilizing exercises tailored to individual needs. In 2019, she earned certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) through the Robin McKenzie Institute of Canada, a patient-empowering approach that complements manual therapy by enabling clients to self-manage their symptoms. Most recently, she completed her Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) diploma in 2023.
Julie works extensively with patients across a broad spectrum of sports, including downhill skiing, snowboarding, cycling, running and many more!

A 60 minute assessment allows time for a thorough evaluation and typically includes treatment for your child during their first visit.
A longer follow up treatment session. Suitable if you have had an initial assessment on this concern within the last 3 months.
A longer treatment session suitable for an area of concern that has had an initial assessment within the past 3 months.
Recommended if you have had a previous assessment on this area within the past 6 months or have an injury involving just one area E.g. Ankle sprain, dislocated finger, foot pain etc.
A 45-minute assessment allows time for a thorough evaluation and typically includes treatment during your first visit. If you are dealing with more than one area of pain or concern, we strongly recommend booking a 45-minute assessment to ensure we have enough time to address your needs effectively.
Treatment session suitable for an area that has had an initial assessment within the past 3 months.
A longer follow up treatment session for more complex injuries or multiple body parts. Suitable if you have had an initial assessment on this area within the last 3 months.
A 60 minute follow up treatment session for more complex injuries or multiple body parts. Suitable if you have had an initial assessment on this area within the last 3 months or require return to sport testing following surgery.
This session is for clients who have already been assessed and recommended a course of Shockwave Therapy treatment. If you are interested in Shockwave Therapy treatment, please book an Initial Assessment first for a full assessment and treatment plan.
