Are you curious about your bladder behaviour - book this and you will receive a bladder diary to complete over 48hrs and Nicola will review it and send you a analysis and some tips you can use to improve your bladder health. Please note this is not an in-person appointment , communication will be completed over email and you can opt for a 15min call to review your results. . This can be billed to your health insurance

Nicola offers treatment for pelvic health, vestibular concerns and persistent pain Please ensure you book 4 follow ups (ideally 45min, 30min is also ok) at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 and 8 weeks out from that initial appointment, as Nicola tends to book several weeks ahead

Julie offers treatment for pelvic health. We also suggest when booking online you book 3 follow ups (30 or 45mins) 2 weeks apart, as Julie tends to book 3-4 weeks ahead ( we can cancel them if not needed)

This is a 60 minute appointment for clients who are only looking to have a pessary fitted. The appointment is $150 + $30 fitting fee. This does not include the cost of a pessary which is appx. $100 plus hst.
