Julie graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy's 5 year program in 2022 . Her final research project explored the havoc that post-operative scars can play on the body and how manual osteopathic treatment can help. Julie is also an alumni of StFX (Bachelors of Arts in Human Kinetics) and of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.
Julie has a holistic approach to treatment, aiming to find the cause of an issue rather than treating the symptoms.

Julie grew up in a very active family and has competed in various sports throughout her life. She competed at the varsity level with the St. FX Women’s Soccer team, and was a member of the St. FX rowing team.
Dartmouth proud, Julie lives in the neighbourhood with her husband, daughter, and boy/girl twins!
Julie is a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Osteopaths (NSAO), and the Massage Therapist Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS) and is dedicated to providing effective and safe treatments for her patients.

First booking: 60 Minute session consisting of a detailed oral intake and health history overview, complete physical assessment, and manual treatment. Please wear comfortable clothing to your appointment. *HST will be added to treatment price.
* Adam is not accepting new clients at this time * 50 Minute appointment consisting of assessment and treatment. The last 10 minutes of each appointment are reserved for home care instruction, payment processing, and rebooking if necessary. *HST will be added to treatment price.
* Existing clients only. This appointment is reserved for clients who have previously received treatment with Julie.
