Our Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner Jumy Kim is registered and has her diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (TCMP) from the Toronto School of TCM. She is certified in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology and Tuina Massage. Jumy Kim adds to the impressive academic credentials of the Adelaide Health Clinic staff with a Bachelors of Science degree in Anatomical Sciences (McGill University), a Masters of Arts degree in East Asian Studies (Yonsei University) and she has received her Naturopath licensed degree from Quebec. She is an active member of Quebec Naturopathic Medicine Association (QNMA) and with the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada (CMAAC).
Jumy Kim also enjoys educating the general public on the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture through interactive seminars. She is a strong advocate of clean-needle technique. She is fluent in English, French and Korean and has travelled extensively to Asia for research and teaching. Jumy Kim’s expertise in natural holistic nutrition uniquely complements her extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. She integrates traditional eastern approaches with modern western nutrition, both of which contribute to her integrated approach to healthcare. Drawing on her multidisciplinary education and experience, Jumy Kim integrates a compassionate, caring and flexible approach to holistic treatment and care.
