Sandy's therapeutic approach is warm, curious, playful and rooted in a family systems approach. Her focus is often on how an individual is shaped in a relational context and how that person and their relationships can change to achieve a win-win. Sandy is trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems therapy, play therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy & Gottman Couples Therapy.
Sandy works with children, teens and adults of all ages and especially loves to support families and couples in strengthening their relationships.
Sandy is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT). She is also a registered CVAP provider and can provide direct billing for CVAP clients. **Sandy works online only. Sandy's sessions are eligible for reimbursement with ICBC if you have approved counselling sessions. She is an approved ICBC Counselling Provider and can provide direct billing if you need.
