While I don't focus on one specific specialty, my strength lies in adapting each treatment to meet the individual needs of every client.

As an athlete with a passion for surfing, running, rock climbing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I understand the physical demands that sports and an active lifestyle place on the body. This firsthand experience allows me to connect with clients who are recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve performance and mobility.
My treatment style ranges from deep, focused therapeutic work to gentle relaxation techniques, depending on what your body needs. I also incorporate extensive facial stretching and soft tissue techniques to improve movement, reduce tension, and help restore functional balance throughout the body. My goal is to help you move better, recover faster, and feel your best—whether you're an athlete, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to improve your overall well-being.
