Born in Burnaby B.C. Justin was drawn to Cranbrook for its outdoor opportunities.. Growing up respecting fitness and sports, Justin decided to pursue a career involving the health and well being of people who appreciate the outdoors just as much as him.
During his schooling he learned techniques such as NMT, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, trigger point release, therapeutic exercise, and hydrotherapy. He looks forward to continuing his education pertaining to the health and well being of members of the East Kootanays.
