Justin Eng, BKin, Registered Kinesiologist
Born and raised in Vancouver, Justin completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology at Capilano University where he graduated on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. Growing up playing soccer, basketball, and practicing Hapkido martial arts, he developed a strong appreciation for movement — and after dealing with multiple ankle sprains, a passion for rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Before becoming a registered kinesiologist, Justin worked as a personal trainer, building a solid foundation in strength and conditioning. He now combines evidence-based rehab practices with a client-centered approach that prioritizes each person’s comfort, goals, and feedback throughout their recovery.
Justin specializes in strength training, mobility work, injury prevention, and lower-body rehabilitation. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys hiking, bodybuilding, running, and playing pickleball. His goal is to help every client move better, feel stronger, and return to doing what they love.
