Justin Gaudet is a graduate of ICT Northumberland College and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2019. With a strong foundation in deep tissue therapy and a special focus on neck, shoulder, and upper back conditions, Justin provides results-driven treatments tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
He works in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team at Citadel Physiotherapy to support injury recovery, postural alignment, and pain management. His treatments emphasize restoring functional movement, reducing chronic tension, and supporting nervous system regulation—especially for individuals managing stress, fatigue, or trauma-related tension patterns.
Justin brings a grounded, compassionate presence to his work, combining precise clinical techniques with an intuitive understanding of how the body holds and releases tension. He believes that there is nothing more fulfilling than helping someone out of pain and back into their life with greater ease and resilience.
