Justin is known to be calm, compassionate, dependable and favors the quote “better today than you were yesterday”. When asked why he does what he does he said he simply loves to help! Justin strives to provide patients with quality care that helps jumpstart their recovery, while providing the tools and strategies needed to live their most fulfilling life.
Justin employs a combination of manual therapy techniques with exercise prescription and patient education, with a strong emphasis on helping the patient understand the reasoning behind their condition and the necessary steps to rectify it. Justin takes a lighthearted approach and aim to make treatment as fun and engaging as possible, while ensuring the patient's goals are being met.
Justin graduated from McMaster University in November 2023. He treats orthopedic musculoskeletal and chronic conditions. He sees many athletes and patients for post-op joint replacements among others.
Outside the centre Justin enjoys cooking, reading, golfing, and mountain biking.
