Justin was born in Ontario and raised in Calgary. Athletics, sports, and movement have always been extremely important to Justin. Justin has been a committed CrossFit athlete since the age of 12 and grew up playing hockey and weightlifting. Justin was involved with multiple Calgary fitness communities from a young age. He went on to use his fitness experience and burgeoning desire to help others by becoming a coach at a local CrossFit gym. Through his experiences as both athlete and coach, Justin saw the importance of injury recovery and prevention and how it allows people to stay involved in the sports or activities they love.
Justin chose to continue his health and fitness journey by obtaining his Bachelor of Health and Physical Education from Mount Royal University. He then went on to complete his Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. His passion for health, fitness, and helping others has been fueled by his physiotherapy education and experience.
Justin strives to develop a deep understanding of human movement to help guide his treatments. His goal is not only to improve the performance of his patients, but also educate them with the best possible information to empower themselves through their movement. Always aiming to learn, Justin is excited to work with patients to help them achieve their goal
