Justine is a registered massage therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador after completing the 2200 hours Massage Therapy program. She has had an opportunity to work with professional athletes, children, and those with physical limitations of all varieties.
Justine is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) since 2013 with a training in Akhanda holistic yoga and children’s yoga. She has a passion for anatomy and helping people achieve their health goals. In 2017 Justine completed her Reiki Master certification and in 2018 became registered with the Canadian Reiki Association.
She specializes in Trigger Point release therapy, Myofascial release, Prenatal massage, Sports therapy, Hot Stone massage, Fascial, Deep Tissue, Hydrotherapy and Swedish massage. She works within her clients comfort levels while keeping a constant focus on our life force energy – BREATHING.
