Justine Tobin is a dedicated physiotherapist specializing in sport and fitness rehabilitation. She is passionate about athlete-centered care and emphasizes the importance of evidence-based practice. Committed to continuous education, Justine stays abreast of current academic literature to provide the best possible service to her clients.
Her strengths include bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance, facilitating return-to-play protocols, and fostering collaboration and communication within the healthcare network and sport industry.
Currently, Justine offers orthopaedic, pelvic health, and run analysis services in-clinic, as well as providing sport and orthopaedic field-side coverage. She also leads strength and conditioning programs for adolescent soccer and hockey teams, reflecting her commitment to performance-related endeavors.
Justine is a member in good standing of the Canadian Sport Physiotherapy Division and has previously served as the communications coordinator on the executive committee for the Canadian Sport Physiotherapy Ontario Division.

It is recommended to have someone accompany you to this first appointment (or have someone you can call) as you may feel temporarily worse following the assessment.

Location: Emerald Hills *Must be a member of ORKA's Sports Rehab Program and have been tested on ORKA's Return to Run,Change of Direction Criteria by your physiotherapist and assigned a Rehab Run Level prior to entrance. *All Rehab Field Sessions will take place outdoors. Please bring clothing appropriate for the weather, water, and if a field based athlete, your cleats/spikes.
