Kailey combines a strong healthcare background with a lifelong connection to movement and active living. With an undergraduate degree in Biology and over a decade of experience working in healthcare, she takes an evidence-informed yet realistic approach to massage therapy.
Having grown up on a farm, competed in swimming, and maintained an active CrossFit lifestyle, she understands the physical demands placed on the body and the importance of balancing activity with recovery. Her treatments emphasize relaxation, restorative care and helping clients maintain healthy movement patterns for the long term.
Kailey’s philosophy is simple: “you only get old when you stop moving like you’re young.”
