Kait obtained a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology. She has a special interest in supporting clients during pregnancy and during the perinatal period (i.e. birth trauma), trauma (PTSD, Inner Child), anxiety, disordered eating and more. She is happy to educate and guide you towards overcoming your mental health challenges.
Kait has supplementary training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eating Disorders, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory and more. She continues to advance her practice through continuing education.
Kait is pleased to offer her services in both English and French in clinic (Sudbury) and virtually (Ontario). Kait is a member in good standing with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario.
