Hi! I’m Kaitlin, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I’m grateful to support individuals and families in our community. I believe therapy should feel like a welcoming space — somewhere you can slow down, feel heard, and be yourself.
My approach is warm, gentle, and collaborative. I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and hold a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology and Neuroscience with a Minor in Biology. I work alongside you with curiosity and compassion, using practical tools to help you better understand your emotions, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.
I draw from CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches, and I’m currently completing additional training in OCD treatment.
I work with children (7+), teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, school stress, life transitions, and OCD. I’m especially passionate about helping young people build confidence and resilience.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I’d love to connect!

Clinical Hypnosis Therapy is a guided therapeutic approach that uses deep relaxation and focused attention to help clients create positive emotional, mental, and behavioral change. Through a guided process that helps you shift from everyday thinking into a more relaxed, open state, clients are able to connect with the answers already within them while exploring subconscious patterns that may be contributing to current challenges. Working collaboratively in a safe and supportive environment, hypnosis can help address concerns such as anxiety, stress, confidence, fears and phobias, sleep difficulties, habit change, emotional regulation, and performance blocks. Clients remain aware and in control throughout the process, while personalized techniques are used to support lasting change, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
