Kaitlyn is currently in her last semester of the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University. Growing up as a competitive athlete, she experienced firsthand the benefits of massage therapy, chiropractic care, and sports rehabilitation which inspired her passion for helping others improve their health and well-being.
Kaitlyn believes that true healing involves more than treating pain—it means understanding the whole person. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce, Kaitlyn has developed a deep appreciation for the connection between the mind and body, and how physical and emotional well-being influence one another.
Every massage treatment with Kaitlyn is carefully tailored to your individual needs and goals. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, improving mobility, or investing in preventative care,
Kaitlyn values a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare and believes the best outcomes come when professionals work together to support each person's unique journey. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you work together to reduce pain, restore movement, and improve your quality of life.

RAPID is a neurologically-based, active manual therapy. Unlike traditional massage, it focuses on the central nervous system to quickly "reset" the body’s perception of pain and restriction. By combining precise depth and tension from the therapist with specific movements from the patient, RAPID clears "chronic artifacts of inflammation" that often linger long after an injury has supposedly healed. Conditions RAPID can help with: Migraines/TMJ, frozen shoulder, tennis/golfer’s elbow, whiplash, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, shin splints, chronic issues, nerve hypersensitivity, bursitis, and old injuries that just won't go away. Your therapist will apply precise, firm pressure to specific neurological hypersensitive sites (often where old injuries, scar tissue, or chronic tension reside) while you actively move that part of your body through a specific range of motion.
