Kajal is a Registered Acupuncturist whose journey into integrative health began at the intersection of science and lived experience.
While working as a research assistant at St. Paul’s Hospital, she witnessed the strengths of modern healthcare—but also felt something was missing. That realization led her to explore a more integrative, person-focused model of care rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine; Kajal completed the Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine program in British Columbia, resulting in advanced clinical training in acupuncture and integrative wellness, with a focus on injury management, stress relief, and women’s health.
With a background that bridges Punjabi, Chinese, and Canadian cultures, Kajal brings a unique and inclusive perspective to wellness. Kajal takes pride in making her clients feel heard, safe, and supported from the moment they walk in.
Her approach is gentle yet precise—combining classical TCM principles with a modern understanding of pain, mobility, and recovery.
