Kam is a registered kinesiologist who completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBC and spent two years working as a kinesiologist before pursuing further training in physiotherapy. She then moved to Australia to complete her Master of Physiotherapy, where she developed advanced clinical skills in assessment, manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and evidence-based treatment planning. Kam is currently preparing to write her Canadian licensing exams to become a fully registered physiotherapist. With her kinesiology experience, Kam has worked with ICBC, WCB, and private clients, providing injury rehabilitation, movement assessments, exercise prescription, and functional recovery programs. She helps clients rebuild strength, improve mobility, prevent re-injury, and return to daily activities, work, or sport with confidence. Kam is bilingual and fluent in both English and Punjabi, allowing her to communicate clearly and comfortably with a diverse range of patients. Outside of the clinic, Kam enjoys spending time with family and staying active. Having grown up playing soccer and experiencing her own injuries, she understands first-hand the importance of movement-based care and functional rehabilitation. As a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists, Kam is committed to providing patient-focused care. She tailors every session to the individual, helping clients recover, regain confidence, and move better in everyday life.
