following her Bachelor of Science from the University of Lethbridge in 2016. Since graduating,
she has gained experience working in both private and public healthcare settings, treating a
wide variety of conditions.
Kara has developed a strong passion for pelvic health physiotherapy, recognizing how pelvic
floor dysfunction can significantly impact overall health and quality of life. She has completed
post-graduate training and certifications in the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor
conditions. In addition, Kara has experience treating neurological conditions and holds

patients in achieving their personal goals.
Outside of the clinic, Kara enjoys spending time on outdoor adventures with her husband, two
