Kara has a passion for providing quality treatments that are individually customized to clients in search of relaxation, relief of soft tissue pain & stress, or improvement in sports performance, recovery & injuries. She is passionate about education and is constantly learning about the body and different modalities that can be beneficial for her clients.
When not working she enjoys any adventure that takes her outside, fuelled by a good cup of coffee. Biking, hiking, skiing and hanging with Lenny, Mike and friends.
