My training in life coaching and professional counselling has given me tools, but it’s my lived experience that shapes how I truly support others. I know what it’s like to fight for answers, to hit burnout, and to feel like no one really sees the whole picture. At Divergent Minds, I offer a space where parents and individuals can feel understood, regulated, and supported — not just as clients, but as whole human beings.
